The Crossroads Baptist Association Hospitality House ministry is a non-profit institution which was founded under the principles of the Baptist Christian faith. Churches reaching new heights together for the glory of God is the belief that drives us to reach out to the families that are in need of encouragement, hope and direction in this difficult times.
Since 1994, our association has provided a hospitality house ministry to families of inmates incarcerated in Big Spring Correctional Facilities. The Hospitality house is a safe, clean place for families to stay at no cost when they come to visit their loved ones in prison. The facility, which is open on weekends, has 21 furnished bedrooms, full size kitchens, six larger bathrooms, and two living areas. The space accommodates about 60 people.
The Directors of the Hospitality House, Carlos & Nancy Escalante, are available to greet the guest and provide assistance with their individual needs. A Saturday night worship service is the highlight of the weekend. Children's Bible study and activity time are also vital parts of the ministry. Support for the Hospitality House comes from the churches and individuals within the association. Your donations are greatly appreciated!!!
